Dubai – Mubasher: Awtad’s board of directors has approved the delisting of the company’s shares from the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
The board has also agreed to hold the annual general meeting (AGM) for discussing this matter, Awtad said in a statement to the DFM on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that Awtad was listed on the DFM’s second market on 21 December 2017.
